KMuddy is a full featured MUD client for the KDE desktop environment. It should work on any OS that can run KDE. This includes UNIX/Linux systems, and maybe more.
KMuddy is being developed on KDE version 3, it has not been tested with older versions, but feel free to give it a try.
What is a MUD client good for? Well, MUD means Multi-User Dungeon and it's a text-based online multi-player role-playing game. This means you'll need an Internet connection (preferably one where you don't pay for time spent online!) and some time. But beware - MUDs can become very addictive - don't say you haven't been warned!
